Each call-in episode explores problems across the ad tech ecosystem. We help our listeners think about real-life problems like we do in actual AdTech Therapy sessions, where we use a simple framework for diagnosing and treating companies: “TAPS,” short for the technologies, attitudes, people and systems that cause (and resolve) pains of all kinds.
Some of our guests focus on one or two sources of ailment; others touch on all four. But whether we’re chatting with publishers, vendors, or strategic advisors, every conversation sheds light on how teams and stacks actually get strained—and the tears that are sometimes necessary to fix them.
